They went above and beyond for us on a high-stakes branding job. We embroidered logo shirts for an international event where we might appear on video (we did!); I brought in our button-downs and they did the rest. At the last minute, there a mechanical issue delayed the order completion and they ended up personally delivering our order at 8:30 PM the night before our flight to attend the event. How many different items do you have that I can choose to print on?

What types of printing does THINK offer?

SCREEN PRINTING: Screen printing, in a nutshell, is when a stencil/screen is placed on top of a product and a thick layer of ink is squeegeed through the stencil/screen and onto the product.

DTG (Direct To Garment): DTG AKA Direct To Garment printing, is basically a computer printer for apparel. But instead of your home printer printing ink on paper, we use special apparel ink that is printed on apparel and accessories.

EMBROIDERY: Embroidery is when we take vibrant colored threads and stitch them into a garment, accessory or product.

VINYL HEAT TRANSFER: Vinyl heat transfers are custom designs that are printed on a Plotter machine that cuts the designs into vinyl.

How is my price determined?

SCREEN PRINTING: Screen printing pricing is determined by type of shirt/product chosen, quantity of shirts, color of the shirt, number of ink colors in the design, number of print locations.

DTG (Direct To Garment): DTG printing pricing is determined by what shirt style, accessory or product you choose, what color shirt you choose, how many print locations you have.

EMBROIDERY: Embroidery pricing is determined by type of shirt style, accessory or product you choose, quantity of shirts, accessories or products you choose, color of shirt, accessory or product, stitch count and/or logo size.

How should I choose between screen printing or DTG for my design?

SCREEN PRINTING: We recommend screen printing if your design has less than four colors, you have a fairly basic or simple design, you have a bulk order or large amount of apparel/products to print, you are printing in multiple locations.

DTG (Direct To Garment): We recommend DTG printing if your design has more than four colors, your design is very complex and/or has lots of small details, you only have a few products or smaller amount of products to print, you are only printing in one or two locations.

Is there a minimum number of shirts I need to order?

A minimum of 12 garments are only required for screen printing and embroidery. There are no minimums for DTG printing.
